R&T Asia (Thailand) have been engaged as lead external counsel for True Corporation, which is part of the CP group, in respect of administrative proceedings arising from the US$8.6 billion merger between True Corporation and Total Access Communication (DTAC), now subject to challenges brought against the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) to the Central Administrative Court.
The matter was led by Partner Supawat Srirungruang and supported by Benjarong Roongmaneekul (Senior Associate), Itthiwut Saengratanadej (Senior Associate) and Ploisaui Muneeganont (Associate).
