Assegaf Hamzah & Partners advised CLSA Limited, DBS Bank Ltd, Jefferies Singapore Limited, ING Bank N.V. (as the International Selling Agents), and PT BNI Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas, PT DBS Vickers Sekuritas Indonesia, and PT CLSA Sekuritas Indonesia (as the Indonesian Lead Underwriters) in the initial public offering (IPO) and listing of PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMAN), the biggest IPO in 2023 to date.
This IPO represents a significant achievement for Amman, the second-largest copper and gold miner in Indonesia. The deal was recognised as the “IPO Deal of the Year” at the ALB Indonesia Law Awards 2023.
