First equity listing on SGX Mainboard in 2023 – Secondary listing of Comba Telecom Systems on SGX

Rajah & Tann Singapore acted for the issue manager in the secondary listing of Comba Telecom Systems on the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST). This transaction was the first equity listing on the Main Board of the SGX-ST in 2023.

Comba Telecom Systems has a primary listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and is a global leading solution and service provider of wireless and information communications systems.

This deal is led by Partner Tan Mui Hui and supported by lawyers Tan Si Qi and Claudia Tan.
