Rajah & Tann Singapore played a pivotal role in the listing of Winking Studios Limited on the Catalist of the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST).
Winking Studios Limited, Asia’s third-largest game art outsourcing studio, boasts over 25 years of experience in delivering complete end-to-end art outsourcing and game development services across various platforms for the video games industry. Headquartered in Singapore, they have expanded their footprint with seven studios across Nanjing, Shanghai, and Taipei, employing over 700 talented individuals, including 600 designers and artists, to serve a global customer base.
The deal is led by Partner Tan Mui Hui and supported by Senior Associates Tricia Teo and Tan Si Qi, as well as Associate Yang Siqi.
