Potential acquisition of a stake in a developer of a 10MW solar power plant in the Philippines to promote renewable energy as a primary source of energy

C&G Law is advising the solar energy arm of a leading China-headquartered intelligent energy solutions provider in its potential acquisition of a stake in a developer of a 10MW solar power plant in Butuan City, Agusan Del Norte in the Philippines.

This project is under the Green Energy Auction Program (GEAP) of the Philippine Department of Energy, which aims to promote renewable energy as a primary source of energy through competitive selection of renewable energy output.
