Largest ever single asset hotel transaction in Singapore – S$525 million acquisition of the PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road

Rajah & Tann Singapore successfully advised on the S$525 million acquisition of the PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road by Worldwide Hotels Group by way of share sale. The hotel is a 542-key freehold hotel situated in Singapore’s Little India neighbourhood.

This deal marks the largest ever single asset hotel transaction in Singapore, as well as the second biggest in Asia Pacific in 2023.
