R&T Sok & Heng is assisting Mediaload (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of True Digital Group Co., Ltd., a leading communications conglomerate in Thailand, to acquire 51% of a Cambodia-based innovative communication agency, Two Way PR Co., Ltd.
The firm is advising on the deal structure, preparing transaction documents, attending to regulatory filings, and assisting the closing.
This M&A transaction marks a strategic partnership in the sector in leveraging each other’s expertise being the digital media and communications. This deal is innovative and will bring the digital marketing in Cambodia to another level.
The deal was led by Partners Heng Chhay and Hout Sotheary, supported by Prom Savada (Partner), Heng Kheang (Senior Associate) and Chum Socheat (Tax Manager).
