UNCTAD TrainForTrade blended learning course on Digital Identity for Trade and Development

Rajah & Tann Singapore was engaged by United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (“UNCTAD”) to support the UNCTAD TrainForTrade blended learning course on Digital Identity for Trade and Development (“DITD”) for the Small Island Developing States (“SIDS”) of Africa, the Caribbean and Asia and the Pacific. We were previously engaged by UNCTAD in 2019 to produce the materials (manual, video, quizzes) for the DITD course, as well as to moderate the online forum and conduct face-to-face workshop for participants, and engaged again by UNCTAD in 2021 to provide support on the second run of the course and produce an additional module on digital trade agreements.

Following the successful implementation of the previous courses, UNCTAD engaged us to provide support on this run of the course that is catered for the SIDS countries. We moderated the forum discussions which received enthusiastic feedback and comments from the participants, and contributed as the main speakers in the two webinars organised at the end of the course.

The matter was led by Partners Tanya Tang and Rajesh Sreenivasan.
