US$215 million business reorganisation of Thai Airways

R&T Asia (Thailand) is advising Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited on the business reorganisation of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited and representing Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited in relation to its application for debt repayment.

The matter is particularly challenging given it involves government owned banks and the national carrier.
