Sandy’s journey spans over 25 years in the legal industry and her accomplishments are nothing short of inspiring. With a track record of excellence, Sandy has won a slew of other awards. “Back in 2016, Foo acted for Temasek in the multi-billion dollar privatisation of Singapore’s multi-modal public transport operator SMRT through a scheme of arrangement in a high-profile deal valued SMART at approximately S$2.57 billion.”
