Rajah & Tann Singapore has partnered with the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) Governance For Good Alliance.
The Alliance was celebrated at SID’s 25th Anniversary Commemorative Event on 28 July, graced by Guest-of-Honour DPM and Minister of Finance Lawrence Wong. The firm, together with 100 other stakeholders, has been recognised as a Founding Partner of the Alliance. This collaboration unites key stakeholders who believe in the importance of governance and who support SID’s work through contributing time, talent, resources and networks.
On the same day, we are proud to announce the launch of the Board Readiness Programme, a significant initiative co-developed by Rajah & Tann as a Key Knowledge Partner. The Board Readiness Programme aims to prepare senior executives and professionals for board directorship positions by equipping attendees with the essential knowledge and skills required of board directors.
